I am an experienced counsellor with an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have wide experience of many issues ranging from anxiety and depression, self-harm, bereavement, fertility issues and phobias, to victims of abuse and violent crime.

I have worked with a variety of clients from 6-90yrs. I also have experience of cultural diversity and worked as a counsellor in a refuge for women from ethnic minorities.

I have a keen interest in life transitions, changes in family relationships, employment issues and retirement, decreasing health and long-term illness, fertility issues and the Menopause.
